As a Residential Financial Specialist, you act as an expert for branch customers by offering a high‑quality mortgage credit advisory service. You identify and develop credit opportunities and work in synergy with the various experts in the branch network, such as advisors and financial planners.

• Support our clients by developing the best residential financing strategy for their needs
• Refer files to various experts when necessary
• Apply established processes and procedures thoroughly
• Comply with current standards and regulations
• Keep your knowledge of financing solutions up to date

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services
• Interest in working as a team to reach targets
• Knowledge of Personal Banking credit solutions
