Do you thrive on leading impactful projects that enhance efficiency and drive transformation? As a Workday Administrator within our People and Finance Systems team, you will be at the center of optimizing and evolving our Workday platform. You will collaborate closely with HR Shared Services, HRBPs, Recruitment, Compensation, and other teams to deliver strategic projects that are visible, impactful, and move fast.

You won’t just maintain systems: you will help shape them.

As our Workday Administrator, you will:
  • Maintain, configure, and update Workday HCM and payroll modules to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Design, create, and maintain business processes, workflows, and approval chains within Workday.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR leadership and management to provide actionable insights and support people analytics with accurate, timely data.
  • Serve as the primary contact for HR-related Workday issues, acting as a true partner to internal teams and ensuring alignment with internal controls.
  • Participate in Workday releases by testing new features and enhancements, identifying opportunities to streamline HR and end-user processes.
  • Recommend automation solutions for manual tasks and continuous improvements to drive efficiency across HR operations.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Over 2 years of experience working with Workday HRIS or another large HRIS.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken in order to collaborate with our international teams.
  • A prior experience in HR (e.g. HR shared services, HRBP, compensation) with a deep understanding of HR processes.
What will make you stand out:
  • Workday certification in one or more modules.
  • Experience supporting HR teams from a systems or technical perspective, with a customer-first mindset.
  • A results-driven approach, with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver on key objectives.
