Pay Range $30-36/hr Must work Central Time Zone

Essential Job Functions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Revenue Management system onboarding, coordinating with key stakeholders and supporting the Performance Strategy team with workbooks, scheduling, and timely completion of required documentation and communications.
  • Lead coordination and oversight of amenity and rentable item workbooks, ensuring standardization compliance, proper setup, leadership approvals, and on‑time submission to Application Support.
  • Coordinate, track, and communicate progress across projects and programs within the Performance Strategy, Renewal Specialist, and Business Analytics teams.
  • Plan and support team and executive meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering materials, and managing meeting logistics.
  • Arrange travel logistics for department leadership as needed.
  • Perform manual data uploads and system updates as required.
  • Act as the primary contact for the Real Page portal, managing product orders and cancellations based on requests and transaction reports, while ensuring accurate portfolio alignment and billing.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint resources, including ownership of BPS page content and organization.
  • Complete special projects such as financial analyses, ad hoc reporting, and presentation materials.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate information flow with internal partners and stakeholders.
  • Participate in team and departmental meetings, contributing to alignment and communication.
  • Monitor and report on help desk ticket status weekly, ensuring tickets are reviewed and assigned multiple times daily based on application needs.
  • Audit and validate monthly departmental financials for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate procurement of equipment for new hires and replacements for Business Performance Systems team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications /Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency with core business tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom or similar).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners.
  • Familiarity with property management operations, systems, and related services is preferred.
