Responsibilities
  • Perform surveys, assist with design and oversee end‑to‑end site installation processes for new tower builds, network upgrades, small‑form‑factor deployments, microwave PTP/PTMP links, and expeditionary COW/CoLT installations.
  • Confirm scheduling and personnel availability while conducting all pre‑implementation coordination, including material readiness and solution validation.
  • Perform comprehensive site visits and surveys to visually assess facilities and ensure compliance with NEC and EIA/TIA grounding and installation standards.
  • Manage construction subcontractors to maintain adherence to schedule, quality expectations, and safety requirements.
  • Validate site power quality to confirm adequate and stable power for all newly deployed equipment.
  • Conduct safety and metering inspections, including current and voltage measurements at main and sub‑panels, and evaluate bonding and busbar integrity.
  • Coordinate required ancillary IT services to support full solution integration into the TNMP.
  • Maintain all construction drawings and documentation, ensuring red‑lined updates are continuously captured and accurately reflected in the as‑built records.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and subcontractors; ensures quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Qualifications & Education
  • Education:

    BS Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Required Experience:

    5+ years of subcontractor and site management; supervisory experience highly desired

Location:

Remote within 50 miles of a major airport.

Travel required:

25-50%.

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
