Job Goal
To provide the school site with organized and safe enrichment programs for children before and/or after school, as well as during school breaks.
Qualifications- High school diploma required.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Must pass a background clearance.
- Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Excellent attendance.
- CPR/First Aid certified.

REPORTS TODirector of Community Education
HOURS25 per week - Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m.
-7:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
-6 p.m.

Performance Responsibilities- Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Supports QCUSD vision, mission and goals.
- Assists in planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating program implementation.
- Exhibits excellent organizational, leadership and teamwork skills.
- Interact positively with parents/guardians, vendors and site/district staff.
- Communicates needs of program with department leadership.
- Implements and supports district-wide initiatives and programs.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Coordinates and communicates effectively with school and district employees.
- Performs other job‑related duties as assigned to advance district priorities.
- Fills in for Supervisor as needed.
