Job Goal

To assist in the daily processes and activities throughout the school year.

Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate with parents, staff and students.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Current QCUSD High School Student preferred.
  • Knowledge of and adheres to all policies, regulations and rules.
  • Excellent customer service and reliability.
  • For those 18+:
    Must pass a background clearance and must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., be able to exert 25-30 lbs. of force frequently, push, pull or otherwise move.
  • Ability to walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, and to sit for long periods of time.
Term of Employment

181 Days; 9 Months

Compensation

Per QCUSD salary schedule for applicable position

Community Education Director

Hours

17.50 hours per week
- Monday-Friday 2:30 p.m.

-6 p.m.

Performance Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees and families.
  • Learns all essential skills within a reasonable time span.
  • Assists Site Lead and Site Aides with necessary tasks.
  • Be willing to take initiative.
  • Performs all duties in a safe and prudent manner as directed.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned to advance district priorities.
