JOB GOAL: To develop and maintain an efficient and competitiveathletic program.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• NFHS Concussion Course
• NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
• NFHS Bullying, Hazing & Inappropriate Behaviors Course
• Head Coaches must also have NFHS Sport-Specific Course and First Aid Course
• [2+years of varsity coaching experience]
• Must pass a background clearance
• Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Assistant Girls Softball Coach COMPENSATION: Per QCUSD salary schedule for applicable position REPORTS TO: Athletic Director

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Run camps and clinics
• Compliance of all AIA Bylaws
