Town of Gilbert is seeking a highly motivated Building & Fire Plans Examiner Senior to review complex commercial, industrial, and residential plans for code compliance and development standards. The role reports to the Plans Review Supervisor and will mentor other examiners while managing plan review projects through permit to inspection.
This full-time, at-will position requires several ICC certifications in building and fire disciplines and a background in building, engineering, or planning
