Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable TIG Welder Fabricator to join our team. If you excel at precision TIG welding and custom fabrication, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can handle shifting priorities—all while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work,we want to hear from you! TIG Weld test will be given at time of interview, please come prepared!

Compensation
  • Competitive pay based on experience [e.g., $23+ /hr DOE] + overtime opportunities
Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality TIG welding on various metals (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.)
  • Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to fabricate parts and assemblies
  • Assemble, fit, and finish metal components
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a TIG Welder Fabricator (must be able to demonstrate strong TIG skills on thin materials and custom work)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every day
  • Willingness and availability to work overtime during the week (Monday–Friday) when needed to support rush jobs and customer demands
  • High flexibility – ability to stop current work quickly and pivot to new orders/priorities as business needs change
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read blueprints and use standard fabrication tools/equipment
  • Ability to lift 50lbs daily and 75lbs on occasion
Qualifications (not required)
  • Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, or other specialty metals
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean record
  • If you're a reliable, experienced TIG pro who can adapt on the fly, deliver clean, precise work under tight timelines, and appreciates a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing shop.
To Be Considered, You MUST:
  • Be actively working as a TIG welder (not past experience only)
  • Have a minimum of 5 years recent, hands-on TIG welding experience
  • Be able to demonstrate high-quality TIG welds during a weld test
Do NOT Apply If:
  • You are not currently working as a TIG welder
  • Your TIG welding experience is outdated or minimal

TIG Weld test will be given at time of interview, please come prepared!
