We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met while coaching employees, improving processes, and maintaining an efficient operation.
What You'll Do- Lead and develop production associates on assigned shift.
- Ensure daily safety, quality, and production targets are achieved.
- Monitor workflow, troubleshoot production issues, and reduce downtime.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and employee development activities.
- Partner with quality, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
- Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Overnight shift includes a 16% shift differential
