As a PCU Telemetry RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a rural community hospital environment on a newly established, specialized 12-bed unit. You will work as part of a RN team to care for Progressive Care/ Telemetry acuity patients received from the ED admit and ICU downgrades.
As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Telemetry, you will be in strong partnership and collaboration with our cohesive staff of healthcare professionals. You will be taking care of patients in a fast‑paced environment that requires critical thinking and strong assessment skills. As a Registered Nurse at Banner, you will have the opportunity to work 3x12‑hour shifts, 7:00 pm–7:30 am with weekend rotations utilizing our self‑scheduling tool. Enjoy a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential and an 18% night shift differential, when applicable.

This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
COREFUNCTIONS
Plans care in collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team. Reviews and revises the plan of care to reflect changing patient needs based on evaluation of the patient’s status.
