LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. is seeking a Crew Lead, Cell Quality Assurance who mentors inspection operators in the production area to ensure quality procedures and standards are followed.
You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to address issues and maintain accurate quality documentation. You will guide daily tasks, oversee nonconforming materials per MRB, implement OCAPs, support process checks and audits, and help sustain 5S3R standards in the inspection
