Overview

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. They maximize product inventory and support online business operations to ensure a positive shopping experience. While both part‑time and full‑time positions generally focus on merchandising responsibilities, team members may also be assigned sales, front‑end or other duties as needed. Internally, the role is referred to as Merchandiser and reports to the store management team.

• Process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and place signage.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store, curbside pick‑up, and delivery services (including driving and making deliveries if assigned).
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws (if delivery is an essential job function).

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience, with 1+ year(s) in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend, and stand on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
• Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets; climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.

• Hourly pay range: $15.90 – $22.26.

This is a regular (non‑seasonal) position. If the posting is coded as a seasonal role, the position is expected to be short‑term, no longer than six months, with the option to apply for a non‑seasonal role afterward.
