Circle K - 320 East Hunt Highway - Responsibilities:
Directly supervise the activities of 2 or more full-time employees (e.g., Assistant Manager, Lead Representative, Customer Service Representative);
Recruit, hire, and train employees to provide excellent customer service;
Schedule employees according to company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image;
Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints;
Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits; prepare and manage budgets and P&L forecasts;
Ensure store is stocked, displayed, and priced correctly; maintain store posters and signage; oversee training and safety procedures;
Ensure timely performance reviews and feedback using company processes (e.g., Workday)
