Overview

WE'RE CURRENTLY HIRING A SALES REP FOR THE QUEEN CREEK COSTCO. Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena. Are you highly motivated by goals, love interacting with people and are you a self-starter? If the answer is yes, then this is the job for you.

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ
10, and various Turmeric products.

Available Demo Hours: 10am-5:00pm, with weekends considered best for commissions. Weekends can be the best commission days.

Starting at $23-24/hr + COMMISSION based on surpassing sale quotas. W-2 employment. We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit. Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $500+ per day.

We have nine different products in Costco, and usually five on the table. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm. You get credit for whatever sells that day, representing an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products. Bonus structure examples:

• Sell 30 Super Greens, you’ll make $90 in commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, you’ll make $60 in commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ
  10 (not on sale) you’ll make $15 in commission

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and back, plus carry products, supplies, and materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ability to stand for 7 hours.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.
