Blue Star Resort & Golf is seeking an Operator 2 for the Encanterra GC maintenance team in Queen Creek, AZ. The role focuses on grooming the course, bunker upkeep, mowing greens and tees, and operating riding machines under supervision.
Candidates should have 1–2 years of golf maintenance experience, basic understanding of golf, and a willingness to learn. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is required;
English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
