Youwilldirectacrewofhelpersandcutters,ensureabsoluteprecisioninhigh-stakessemiconductorenvironments,andcommunicateseamlesslyacrossalllevelsoftheorganization,fromfieldcraftworkerstoseniorprojectmanagersandTSMCstakeholders.

• Crew Leadership:
  
  Direct,schedule,andsuperviseadedicatedcrewofconcretehelpersandcutterstooptimizefieldoperations.
• Drive Production Targets :
  
  Ensuredailyproductiontargets,metrics,andtightprojecttimelinesaremetwithoutsacrificingquality.
• Lead Drilling Operations :
  
  Setup,operate,andmaintainspecializedcoredrillingrigsanddiamondcoringequipmentforprecisemechanicalpenetrations.
• Blueprint&Layout Review:
  
  Reviewstructuralblueprints,architecturalplans,andMEPlayoutstoverifyexactdrillinglocationsbeforemakingcuts.
• Coordinate Scanning:
  
  PartnercloselywithGPR(Ground Penetrating Radar ) scanningtechnicianstoavoidembeddedrebar,post-tensioncables,andelectricalconduits.

• Enforce Safety First :
  
  Championanuncompromisingzero-injurysafetyculture.
  
  EnforcestrictadherencetoOSHA
  30regulationsandTSMCsite-specificsafetyrules.
• Strict Silica Dust Mitigation :
  
  Overseerigoroussilicadustcontainmentmeasures.
  
  Ensurethecontinuous,correctuseofHEPAandvacuumsystemsalongsidemeticulouswetslurrymanagementtokeepcleanroomenvironmentsimmaculate.
• Pre-Task Planning:
  
  Leaddaily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) andpre-tasksafetybriefswiththefieldcrew.

• Multi-Level Interfacing:
  
  Confidentlyreportprojectmetricstoprojectmanagers,coordinatedailysequencingwithothertradeforemen,andaligndirectlywithTSMCsafetyinspectors.
• Cross-Functional Alignment:
  
  Workcollaborativelywithinternalmechanical,piping,andHVACteamstosequencedrillingtasksefficientlyandavoidtradefriction.

• Core Drilling Expertise :
  
  Minimum5yearsofhands-onexperiencewithcommercialorindustrialconcretecoredrillingandcutting.
• Leadership
  
  Experience:
  
  Atleast2yearsofexperienceleadingfieldcrews,actingasadrillingforeman,orsupervisingconcretehelpersandcutters.
• Scanning Literacy:
  
  ProvenabilitytoreadandinterpretGPRscanninglayoutsandstructuralconcretedrawings.
• Semiconductor Familiarity:
  
  Priorexperienceworkingonlarge-scaleadvancedtechnologyfacilitiesoractivecleanroomsitesishighlypreferred.

• Safety Credentials:
  
  ValidOSHA
  30certificationisstrictlyrequired.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Bilingual(English/Spanish) isastrongplustoeffectivelydirectandcommunicatewithdiversefieldcrews.
• Equipment Mastery:
  
  Documentedtrainingormanufacturercertificationsonindustrialdrillingequipment(e.g.,Hilti,Husqvarna).

• Safety-Focused:
  
  Absolutecommitmenttofieldsafety,silicadustcompliance,andcleanroomriskmitigation.
• Detail-Oriented:
  
  Laser-focusedonlayoutprecision,depthaccuracy,production metrics,andflawlessclean-up.
• Collaborative Communicator:
  
  Exceptionalabilitytobuildrelationships,articulatetechnicalfieldconstraints,andpartnereffectivelywithbothfieldlaboranduppermanagement.

• Location:
  
  On-siteattheTSMCprojectin
  
  Phoenix,Arizona.
• Conditions:
  
  Mustbecomfortableworkingindemandingindustrialenvironments,wearingheavyPPE,andwearingcleanroomgarments(bunnysuits) as required.
• Physical Strength:
  
  Abilitytoliftheavydrillingequipment(upto
  50+lbs),workonladders/scaffolding,andstandforextendedperiods.
