Desert Lily Academy (DLA) is a residential treatment program providing female‑specific programming in a normalized, trauma‑informed setting that promotes learning, growth and positive change. DLA offers an eclectic blend of academic, vocational, and extracurricular opportunities. Through innovative program elements and a model designed to address the unique needs of our young women, Desert Lily helps youth build bright and meaningful futures for themselves and their community.
Pay: $17.91 an hour
$1,000 Sign on Bonus

This position provides for the physical, personal and health needs of each student through individual counseling and behavioral/social/physical and educational skill development; provides an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students; monitors and documents student behaviors and activities; participates and assists with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities; works in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student's treatment plan.
The Night Coach Counselor position is distinguished from Coach Counselor in that in this role a Night Coach Counselor is responsible for the nightly supervision, safety and security of students and considered an entry level position. Typically reports to a Group Leader but may vary by individual location.
- Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a desire to work with troubled teens.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
A Shift: Sunday to half of the day Wednesday.
B Shift: Half of the day Wednesday to Saturday.
Schedule subject to change based on the need of the program.
