Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus surrounded by a Farm, Student Housing for 300 + youth, a Thrift Store, Cafe, Barbershop and Church open to the community incorporating life skills for our students. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. Depending on location, the Case Manager reports to the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager and/or Program Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
Have a BA/BS in a related field
have prior case management experience, including 3 years with Youth and/or Juvenile placement agencies
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, and TB test.

Shifts:
Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5pm

Bachelors or better in Psychology or related field.
