What You’ll Do

As a S.W.A.T. Team Member — Servants Working All Together, you’ll:

Safely deliver Chick-fil-A orders throughout our community
Create a positive experience for every guest
Represent Chick-fil-A professionally outside the restaurant
Follow safe-driving and delivery procedures
Prepare and organize delivery orders
Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicles
Support the restaurant team between deliveries
Follow Chick-fil-A safety, appearance, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

Valid state-issued driver’s license
Successful Motor Vehicle Record review before starting
Working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
Ability to carry delivery bags weighing approximately 20–25 lbs.
Safe and responsible driving habits
Dependable and punctual
Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests
Team-oriented and willing to learn
