A growing skilled nursing organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist / Office Manager to support day-to-day corporate office operations.
This is much more than a front desk position. The ideal candidate is someone who "gets it"—resourceful, computer savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership. This person will play a key role in keeping the corporate office running efficiently while supporting leadership with a variety of operational and administrative projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming calls
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, conference rooms, and lunches
• Assist with travel arrangements and executive scheduling
• Organize office operations and ensure the corporate office runs smoothly
• Coordinate employee uniforms and office supplies
• Manage email distribution groups and company contact lists
• Update facility information and organizational records
• Assist with planning company events and special projects
• Provide administrative support to executive leadership as needed
Qualifications
• Prior administrative, office management, or executive support experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems
