Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
- Oversee revenue cycle operations including billing, collections, and reimbursement optimization
- Partner with executive leadership and Board to provide strategic financial guidance
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit, healthcare, and regulatory requirements
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team while improving processes and controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (advanced degree or CPA is a plus)
- 5–8+ years of senior financial leadership experience within nonprofit healthcare or similar environments
- Strong experience with revenue cycle management, including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers
