Responsibilities of the

Marketing Liaison

• Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.

• Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals.

• Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.

• Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families

• Create, manage and monitor new business development plans

• Conduct research as needed.

Qualifications of a
Marketing Liaison
:

• Must have current nursing home marketing or admissions experience

• Must have long-term care experience

• Must have connections to local hospitals

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
