We are partnering with a rapidly expanding plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Forest Hills / Queens, NY that is building a powerhouse litigation team. This is a 100% onsite role for an ambitious Personal Injury Attorney who wants real responsibility, meaningful case value, and clear upside in a fast-moving practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred
• Open to candidates from a defense background with relevant litigation skills
• Trial experience is a plus
• Hungry, driven, and self-motivated mindset
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced, high-volume docket
• Tech-savvy and efficient in a modern litigation environment

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle a plaintiff's personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and argue motions
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Work closely with firm leadership on litigation and settlement strategy
• Advocate aggressively to maximize outcomes for clients

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges between $175,000 and $275,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
