Cut, cook, prepare, and package a variety of hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, appetizers, wraps, salads, entrees, and other items;
Prepare materials and ingredients for production according to production schedules and recipes;
Follow and comply with established kitchen production and packaging protocols and procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices;
Maintain accurate packaging of products and ensure correct labeling, batch, and pack dates are applied;
Complete all required daily documentation for FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act), HACCP, Metal detection, and all other cook/cool, spoilage, and temperature logs as required for the facility
