American Medical Associates -
FT RN ACF - East Elmhurst, NY
Monday-Friday; 7:30AM-4:00PM
Salary: $105K with $15K Sign On Bonus!!
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ health and document changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and caregivers
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic nursing care
- Supervise and support CNAs or caregiving staff
- Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with regulations
- Assist with care planning and resident assessments
- Educate residents and families about health needs and wellness
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed RN in NYS
- Assisted living experience preferred
- Good organizational, observation, communication, and judgment skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
