Security Officer - Armed Civic Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $34.70/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.;
Perform armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of stations, platforms, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or credentials when required, and help to control entry and exit in accordance with post orders.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and policy violations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and handle assigned equipment and firearms in accordance with Allied Universal training and applicable regulations.
