Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff following site-specific procedures and policies;
Carry and maintain assigned duty weapon and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, state and local laws, licensing requirements, and post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities and surrounding perimeter areas, including entrances, corridors, platforms, and parking areas, documenting observations and reporting hazards and/or maintenance concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, suspicious activity, and unauthorized access, coordinating with site leadership and local responders;
Complete security-related reports and logs, monitor cameras and/or alarm systems when assigned, and communicate clearly with supervisors and public agency personnel to support daily operations
