Security Guard - Residential Complex

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.;
Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, entry points, parking areas, transit access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor high-traffic public areas and restricted access points, verify authorized entry when required, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity through proper channels.;
Support orderly movement throughout the location by providing directions, assisting with crowd monitoring during peak periods, and following post orders related to transportation operations and customer interactions.
