Security Officer - Facility

Position: Security Officer - Housing Facility
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at the transportation location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or local authorities as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, terminals, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and document observations through required reports and logs;
Assist with emergency response activities, crowd management, and/or access control procedures while supporting order throughout the location
