Provide customer service to transit riders, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, stations, surrounding areas, and perimeter locations in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, requesting additional support and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and potential hazards, helping to deter prohibited activity and reporting observations through required channels.;
Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with transit personnel, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership.
