Customer Service Rep, Security Guard
Overview:
Our Parking Lot Team Members are responsible for getting our guests off to the best possible start to their visit. As an Parking Lot TM, you will be responsible for the flow, control and direction of traffic in the resort parking lot all while maintaining Six Flags standards of guest service.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Be Doing Comply with all the Great Escape Resort policies and procedures
Direct Guest’s to park in an appropriate parking space in a safe manner
Assure that all aspects of the parking lot comply with normal safety procedures
How You Will Do It Perform sales using the Point of Sale (POS) system in place
Be an active team member of the Operations Division and the Parking Lot Department
Maintain a clean and safe environment for Guests and Team Members
Follow all delegated tasks assigned by the Parking Lot Supervisor or Security Management or as stated in the Operations Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications:
What You Will Need Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
Must demonstrate an ability to lift up to 50lbs
For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
Ability to actively communicate with large groups of Guests
Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines
