NHC Homecare Quincy is looking for an Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager coordinates and supervises general clerical, payroll, and billing operations of the homecare office.
Qualifications- High school diploma.
- Additional business and computer courses/college degree desirable.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in computer data entry, accounting, related field, or general office work in a home health or related setting preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Responsible for the effective day-to-day Home Care agency clerical processes, under the direction of the agency Administrator or Director of Services.
- Supervising, recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, developing, and disciplining clerical staff.
- Maintenance of confidential personnel files for all staff.
- Serving as the location’s benefits expert.
