Packing Supervisor

TORITO BRANDS LLC seeks a hands-on Packing Supervisor to lead daily packing operations in our Manufacturing & Production department. You will oversee line staff, schedule and coordinate packing runs, and ensure food safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, minimizing waste, maintaining accurate inventory and production records, and training team members on SOPs and safety standards.

Partner closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to support on-time, accurate order fulfillment while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with Torito Brands' commitment to innovative, high-quality food products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packing line operations and staffing
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and GMP standards
• Coordinate production schedules and packing priorities
• Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with Maintenance
• Track output, waste, and efficiency metrics
• Maintain accurate inventory and production documentation
• Train and coach team members on SOPs and safety
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
• Collaborate with Quality, Logistics, and Production teams
• Promote a safe, collaborative, high-performance culture
