In this role, you'll develop and optimize products and applications, translate laboratory results into commercial solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused innovations. • Design, conduct, and analyze laboratory tests and experiments related to edible oil and biofuel purification applications.
• Characterize materials, calibrate laboratory equipment, and ensure accurate, high‑quality test results.
• Support innovation projects by developing new products and applications and scaling them from the laboratory to commercial production.
• Ensure product and application development complies with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Provide technical support by responding to customer inquiries, coordinating sample requests, and assisting the Sales team with product expertise and competitive benchmarking.
• Coordinate product scale‑up activities for new and reformulated products, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance to develop and maintain testing standards and quality plans.
• Maintain accurate product databases, experimental records, and technical documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Continuously review and improve testing methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Train laboratory staff and trainees on product knowledge, laboratory best practices, safety requirements, and 5S standards.

• High school graduate in a science‑related field with 5 years of work experience in the laboratory or University/College fresh graduate.
• 0‑5 Years of experience in an analytical/service laboratory.
