Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose the right items for their orders. This position is fast‑paced and requires handling all departments while filling online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons.
