Accounts Receivable Associate

Overview

Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a full-time accounts receivable associate to handle accounts receivable, process statements, and collect and oversee delinquent accounts.

Location:

IL-Spring Street Office, 200 Spring St, Quincy, IL 62301, USA.

Hours: 8:00 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday

• Handle accounts receivable, process statements, and collect and oversee delinquent accounts.

• High school diploma/GED and experience in computers and collections required.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Experience working with customers in a problem-solving capacity; receivables experience preferred.
• Possess good data entry/math skills and attention to detail.
• Computer knowledge, especially using Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and organized.
• Willing to work independently and as part of the team.
• Able to think critically and solve problems.
• Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
• Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned.

Wage: $16.75-$19.62 / Hour
