SERVPRO of Quincy and Hannibal is hiring a Project Coordinator. The role serves as a liaison for customers to identify project requirements and specifications and administer and organize projects while supporting teammates.

• Maintain clear and efficient project communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee daily project activities including monitoring status, auditing, and work‑in‑progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Assist and collaborate with other departments as needed.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least one year of customer service and/or office‑related experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail‑oriented.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications.

This sedentary role is in a fast‑paced office environment. Some filing work is required, including lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Successful completion of a background check is required where applicable.
