As a Kroc Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the Kroc Center by maintaining safety, assisting guests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Shifts: Seeking candidates with availability to work weekend shifts, including Rockwall (open Wed 5pm-7pm and Sat 12pm-5pm).

Status: Part-time, working up to 19 hours/week

Rate of Pay: $15.00/hour

Your Responsibilities:

Safety and Security: Your top priority will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests. This includes monitoring access points, responding to emergencies or incidents, ensuring the proper usage of equipment, provide proper equipment orientations, and enforcing center policies to ensure everyone's well-being.

Customer Service: You will be the face of the Kroc Center, providing exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude. Greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with their needs will be an integral part of your role.

Event Preparation and Support: Get ready to showcase your organizational skills as you help prepare event spaces for various activities and programs. Your attention to detail will ensure that everything is set up perfectly.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: Keeping our center spotless and well-maintained is crucial. You'll be responsible for routine cleaning of equipment, facilities, and common areas to create a comfortable and hygienic environment.

What are We Looking For?

• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we're also open to enthusiastic beginners.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• A proactive and responsible approach to handling tasks.
• Weekend availability is required to cater to our busy weekends.
