Summary:

Coordinates the workload of Residential Adams Experts by answering calls, creating trouble tickets, and dispatching Residential Adams Experts. Creates invoices for labor and materials for Residential Adams Experts’ bench work, residential trouble tickets, and billable service calls.

• Responsible for the creation of invoices for labor and materials for Residential Adams Experts’ bench work, residential trouble tickets, and billable service calls.
• Assist with clients on the sales floor with troubles and sales pertaining to Residential Adams Experts, and Adams Fiber service.
• Responsible for answering calls for Residential Adams Experts – residential clients, create a trouble ticket, and populate the Residential Adams Experts’ calendar.
• Monitors system tickets for billing.
• Job requires employee to raise or lower objects a minimum of 30-40 lbs from one level to another regularly during the shift.
• Job regularly requires employee to reach, grasp or pick up objects.
• During a normal work shift the employee could do one or more of the following – walk, stand, sit, stoop or crouch.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

High School diploma or equivalent

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00
