GTG Peterbilt in Quincy, IL, is hiring an experienced Service Writer to become the first point of contact for service customers. You will consult with clients about their needs and concerns while coordinating within the service department.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, general computer knowledge, and must pass a drug screen and background check. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
