Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• Maintaining a well‑kept parking lot and ensuring carts are ready and available.
• Assisting members with loading their vehicles and providing a great member experience.
• Opening cart stations, sweeping, and keeping the parking lot clean.
• Greet members, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a positive attitude, keep member satisfaction as a top priority, and solve obstacles as they arise.
• Work fast‑paced and stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Support members in making purchasing decisions, processing payments, and using cash registers.
• Address and resolve member issues and concerns in a timely manner.
• Follow safety protocols, perform safety sweeps, handle merchandise safely, and report unsafe situations.
• Track and record work assignments, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress to managers.
