Practice Setting

• Outpatient walk-in clinic seeing all ages
• Team includes NPs, RNs, LPNs, and MAs
• 60-70 patients/day shared among 3 providers
• MD/DO may be solo early mornings; NPs may close solo

Schedule

• Choose 6a-6p or 10a-10p shifts
• Typically Monday to Thursday; consistent weekday coverage
• Block scheduling available; stack shifts, then take time off
• Just 4 shifts/month required to start

Cases and Procedures

• Routine urgent care: coughs, flu, UTI, rashes
• Minor procedures: suturing, splinting, ortho, eye FB removal
• STD testing and pelvic exams included

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active Illinois license
• Must hold ATLS, PALS, and CSR

Travel Accommodations

• Flight, rental car, mileage, and hotel included
• Malpractice insurance with tail provided
