QMG seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Quincy, Illinois.

• Team of 19 Primary Care Physicians, 12 Advanced Practice Providers with a 1:1 MA ratio
• Strong internal referral network
• Physician input in clinical decisions, scheduling, and staffing
• Epic EMR
• Onsite Care Navigators, Nurse Allies, Social Workers, and Behavioral Health Providers
• Lab, Imaging and Immediate Care available onsite.
• Flexible Monday - Friday Schedule with opportunity for a 4-day work week
• Choice of outpatient only or hybrid inpatient/outpatient

QMG emphasizes collaboration between physicians and operational leaders. Administrative teams manage operations, compliance, and contracting, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.

• Base compensation: $280,000 - $350,000
• Total target: $250,000 - $700,000+ with incentives
• Sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance
• Paid licensure and certification renewals
