• Provide efficient, patient-centered evaluation and treatment for walk‑in urgent care patients
• Perform in‑scope procedures, including splinting and suturing, while maintaining high quality and safety standards
• Manage patient flow by seeing the next patient in queue and maintaining throughput in a high-volume urgent care setting
• Practice confidently during designated independent coverage windows while collaborating with the broader care team (physicians, NPs, and clinical staff)
• Document assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures clearly and accurately in the medical record (EMR/EHR)
