NP, RN, LPN, and MA support
Physician may work solo during limited early morning hours

Schedule
Monday through Thursday shifts
6 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 10 pm options
Minimum 4 shifts per month required
Approximately 16 shifts covered monthly

Cases and Procedures
Acute illness and minor injury care
Splinting and suturing required
Foreign body removal and basic orthopedic cases
Routine urgent care presentations including flu, UTI, rashes, and STD testing

Requirements
Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
Active Illinois license or IMLC LOQ in hand
