Established Group OBGYN

Compensation:

• $415,000 base salary
• Sign On Bonus
• Relocation
• Educational Debt Forgiveness up to $300,000
• Immediate Eligibility for Annual productivity incentive bonus
• Call schedule - 1:4 weekday; 1:8 weekend

Situation: Blessing Health System's Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, known as the Blessing Women’s Center, is looking to add another OBGYN to its established, busy practice. Currently, our group is staffed by five Board Certified OB/GYNs and two WHNPs, all of whom have very busy practices.

One of our established, well‑loved OBGYNs is stepping into an OB Hospitalist role creating this opening to accommodate the demands of the practice.

We seek a Board Certified OB/GYN or board‑tracking resident to transition into the practice who has outstanding clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to generate exceptionally high and consistent patient and staff satisfaction. The OB/GYN practice is located in a newer clinic building connected via air‑bridge to the Hospital. The Blessing Breast Center, a state‑of‑the‑art mammography facility is adjacent to the clinic.

The Hospital includes full support services for deliveries, newborns, and gynecological surgery, including LDR rooms, a high‑risk nursery, and both in‑patient and out‑patient surgery centers. In‑house CRNA as well as a Laborist group in‑house 24‑7.
