* Must have Illinois Professional Educator License
* Must have Music Endorsement for grade level
* Experience teaching either middle school or high school choir
* 2026-27 School Year
Performance Responsibilities:
The position includes teaching 4 choirs and 2 sections of piano lab. Some extracurricular positions would also be available.
The successful candidate will exhibit the ability to:
* Conduct choral ensembles including a broad knowledge in selecting appropriate choral repertoire for high school voices
* Have a vision for recruitment and retention
* Possess piano skills
* Collaborate with a team of music teachers
* Build positive and energetic rapport with students and parents
