MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree in education or related field.
* Willing to learn, acquire and apply new skills and knowledge.
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong skills in interpersonal relations with colleagues, administrators, and parents
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Must successfully pass a background check that is satisfactory to the Board of Education.
* Must obtain or hold a valid IL Substitute Teacher License if a valid Professional Educator License is not currently held.
DESIRABLE
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Valid Professional Educator License teaching certificate with ESL or Bilingual Endorsement
* Supervisory experience
