This position is responsible for promoting, facilitating, and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards within the hospital and for functioning as an organizational resource for regulatory compliance. Duties include the coordination of processes designed to promote compliance. Maintaining expert knowledge in the standards. Engaging the organization in the compliance journey.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Required- RN (BSN) OR Bachelors Degree with 3–5 years experience working with regulatory standards within a healthcare setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with performance improvement and regulatory standards (DNV, CMS, State, etc.)
- If licensed, current state license
- Exempt
